Where's the paper trail, Mr. Culver?

Don't hold your breath, truth. This is what has been going on the entire time he's been SoS. Chet Culver is incompetent. I just hope his opponents can get people to realize the mistake they are about to make.

I wonder if the Governor would have agreed to put one tenth of the tax dollars into voting verification that he put into Mike Blouin's job program and corprate giveaway (also called the Values Fund) would we be having this problem. Isn't it true that Culver had to fight the Governor for the federal funding he did receive? Almost lost that thanks to the Governor didn't he?? But hundreds of millions of dollars are going to Wells Fargo and AMD...who do they vote for?

Didn't Chet support SF 351? That would have created a paper ballot for each vote? Didn't county auditors whine that it would cost too much money and take too much time? Who is responsible for not having a paper trial? The legislature? County Auditors?

The SOS is responsible for elections. He's responsible for making the case to the legislature. He failed to do so. Do we want a governor who can't work with the legislature? Because that's what you'll get with Culver. There's a reason none of the legislators support him.

You mean the current Legislature is supposed to work with Tom Vilsack? And how much of a priority was voting security to Vilsack? He almost blew $30 million in HAVA money that Culver had to fight for. Seems Vilsack is the one who didn't do his job and all his followers didn't work hard enough to protect voters rights, what Culver supported.

At least the Democrats in the legislature are willing to work with Vilsack. They have no respect for Culver and it shows.
